Role:

The Inside Sales Representative is assigned to a specific geographic area with an Outside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representatives primary role is to maximize sales in the assigned market territory through leveraging the partner sales community and the Outside Sales Representative. The primary focus is aimed at sales opportunities and accounts and is achieved by collaborating with partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close transactions. It is expected that this role will increase deal win rates as well as accelerate time to close on key opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Primary driver for run-rate transactional business within territory
• Solution selling to existing customer base and new prospects

Requirements:

• At least three years of sales experience selling enterprise software
• Experience in building/generating a geography-based or vertical business
• Experience with high-transaction sales (high volume deals)
• Significant track record of quota over-achievement versus peers
• Consistent achievement with a background in exceeding quota
• Knowledge in selling complex systems products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Inside Sales Reps – Formaspace – North Austin

Formaspace designs and manufacturers computer workstations, labratory furniture and industrial workbenches in North Austin and they are looking for a  few additional inside sales representatives to add to their team.

You’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Prior inside sales experience selling large ticket items in a competitive market
  • To be able to excel at leading customers through the decision process
  • Two years of progressive inside sales experience in which you were consistently ranked in the top 25% of your peer group
  • Working knowledge of common CRM systems (Salesforce, Sugar, or equivalent)
  • Prior earnings of at least $60,000 a year
  • An outstanding record of prior performance in past endeavors in terms of character and integrity, commitment to high performance, capability and experience in inside telephone sales, and cohesion with teammates.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus
  • Backgrounds in scientific, technical, or engineering disciplines, compelling competitive achievements, fluency in foreign languages, and compelling evidence of attention to detail are all highly desirable.

Job Description

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and lead generation, including market competitiveness, pricing, and strategy. The VP of Sales drives the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage, develop and drive CSIdentity’s sales team and processes to ensure high business performance.
• Develop sales objectives including sales volume, cost of sales, and product profitability, accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
• Ensure sales goals and forecasts are consistent with the organization’s long-range strategic objectives.
• Drive rigorous sales execution and oversight, ensuring accurate forecasts and total transparency.
• Identify, engage and close business at strategic accounts.
• Evaluate and recommend domestic sales strategies and tactics, and provide strategic and operational direction to CSIdentity’s sales operations and services functions to maximize sales revenues and meet organizational objectives.
• Ensure training programs are developed and implemented; collaborate with customers, sales unit, customer support, and client services to establish effective programs.
• Oversee the identification of the business and IT needs of key accounts and prospects and ensure pre-sales technical services are in place to meet those needs.
• Oversee all relevant sales support and/or professional services activities to maximize sales revenues and meet organizational objectives.
• Work closely with marketing and other top executives to identify and develop sales goals, pricing strategies, untapped market potential, and design and implement sales campaigns.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree desirable.
• 15+ years of combined work experience in sales, sales operations, sales management (with increasingly more responsible management positions) or equivalent with significant exposure to executive leadership.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively direct the organization’s domestic sales and field operations. Must possess an “executive presence” and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of sales principles and practices, superior communication and customer service skills and strong management and team building skills.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with large, strategic accounts.
• Ability to travel frequently during the work week.
• Proficient in leveraging salesforce.com across an organization.
• Hands-on mentality.
